December 24th Friday smash session!

What a great morning it was to get in three solid threshold efforts on the kappa quest reverse climb in the new Makuri islands. It was awesome to see such a great group to keep each other company and work though accepting the discomfort we get and training the brain to work with the efforts and not against. To that I wish you all a wonderful holiday weekend and will see you next Friday!
